2019 CSA - Join Us!
Join us for our 2019 csa!
What is a CSA? CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. The idea is that an individual can support our farming effort by paying for a 10-15 week share of produce at the beginning of season. This alleviates the start-up costs for the season (seed, potting mix, etc). In return, you receive a variety of seasonal, fresh produce at a discount price. Everyone wins!
Our CSA generally starts mid-June and ends in August or September, with the option of a half-bushel (feeds 1-3 people) or full-bushel (feeds 4-6) of produce per week. We are also including an option to add our natural meat, eggs, or milk from Hillcrest Dairy to your CSA for an additional cost.
What will I get in my CSA?
Each week you will get a variety of seasonal produce. Below is a list of what is generally available in each season, but please keep in mind that this is not an exact list, as it will be subject to weather and availability.
